Pep Guardiola's wife 'moves out of family home
The couple's relationship has been on the rocks over the last 18 months, with Spanish podcast Mamarazzis stating that Guardiola hasn't seen his wife in a while. Cristina Serra, who has been married to the City boss since 2014, moved back to Barcelona in 2019 to continue running her fashion brand, Serra Claret.
Since then, the business owner had been travelling between Spain and England to visit her husband as he continued to find success with City. Reports stated that in September 2024, Serra didn't return to England because a promise to move to the United Arab Emirates wasn't kept.
Guardiola's resulting contract extension, keeping him at the Etihad until 2027, appeared to be the last straw for his wife, but the couple indicated they were leaving the door open to reconcile in the future. Now, Antena 3 program Y Ahora Sonsoles hosted Mamarazzis star Lorena Vazquez, and she shed fresh light on the situation.
Vazquez claims that Serra has left the family home in the Pedralbes area to move to another apartment in the Eixample district. Speaking about the property the 52-year-old seemingly bought in October, she said: "It's a modest home, compared to what she could have afforded.

Tennis player banned for Twenty years for match fixing
In addition to the hefty fine, he's also been ordered to pay back over £32,777 ($44,000). These are believed to be "corrupt payments" linked to 27 violations of the Tennis Anti-Corruption Program (TACP).
The length of his ban means he won't be able to return to the sport until May 2044, and even then, he'll only be allowed back once he's settled his outstanding fines. His provisional ban since May 2024 has been taken into account in determining the duration of his suspension.
During his suspension, he's barred from playing tennis, coaching others, or attending any events organised, sanctioned, or authorised by ITIA members (ATP, ITF, WTA, Tennis Australia, Fédération Française de Tennis, Wimbledon and USTA) or any other national association.
An investigation concluded he was a "central figure in a network of players operating on behalf of a match-fixing syndicate." He's not the only one caught in the crosshairs of this extensive investigation.
Five other players, namely Jaimee Floyd-Angele, Paul Valsecchi, Luc Fomba, Lucas Bouquet and Enzo Rimoli, have also been reprimanded.
FIFA accused of betrayal over latest World Cup ticket prices
The governing body allocates eight per cent of tickets to national associations for games involving their team to sell to the most loyal fans.
And a list published by the German soccer federation revealed prices ranged from $180-$700 US for varying group stage games. The lowest price for the final was $4,185 and the highest was $8,680.
Those group-stage prices are very different from FIFA's claims of $60 tickets being available, while the target from United States soccer officials when bidding for the tournament seven years ago was to offer hundreds of thousands of $21 seats across the opening phase of games.
Fan organization Football Supporters Europe (FSE) described the current prices as "extortionate".

The English Football Association shared pricing information with the England Supporters Travel Club (ESTC) on Thursday evening, which showed that if a fan bought a ticket for every game through to the final it would cost just over $7,000.
FIFA said in September that tickets released through its website would initially range from $60 for group-stage matches to $6,730 for the final. But those prices are subject to change as it adopts dynamic pricing for the first time at the World Cup.
FIFA tickets are available in four categories, with the best seats in Category 1.
The FSE called on FIFA to immediately halt ticket sales via national associations "until a solution that respects the tradition, universality, and cultural significance of the World Cup is found.
